Processing Times
We will process all orders within 3 business days (M-F). Payments by check
will be processed after allowing 10 business days for checks to clear.
You may and we will do everything possible to answer your question within
8 business hours.
Shipping /
Delivery Time
Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive. After that
time we will gladly look up shipment tracking numbers for you. We do not
look up shipment tracking numbers before this time.
Backorder
Policy
We normally have all items in stock. Sometimes an item may be temporarily
out of stock. We will due everything possible to fill your order within 10
days.
Pricing
If you have ordered Online, we will honor the prices quoted. Our prices may
change from time to time. Orders received by mail may be subject to
additional payment before shipment if the price of the item has gone up
over 5%.
Returned Checks
/ Credit Cards
A $15.00 fee will be accessed on all returned checks and credit cards.

Damaged Goods
Please examine your shipment carefully upon arrival. If damaged, you must
notify the delivery person and have them note the damage on shipping
papers. You must file your claim with the transportation company as our
responsibility for damage ends once we release the shipment to the
transportation company.
Merchandise
Returns
All items that are defective in some way will quickly be repaired or
replaced. Warranty repairs on all items are handled directly by the
manufacturer. Juragon reptile incubator repairs are handled directly by us.
Incubators and brooders are items that can become contaminated & therefore
can not be resold without liablity. We are sure you would not want an incubator
or item that may have become contaminated by someone's birds or reptiles. We only
sell brand new products. If we allow an item to be returned, it must be pre-approved and returned in the original,
UNOPENED, factory package and contain all factory literature and
instructions. Any approved return will be accessed a 15% re-stocking fee
and unfortunately, we don't refund shipping charges.
if you want to request a return authorization. Customers are responsible for
return shipping charges to Kemp's Koops.
